Job Description
The salesperson is responsible for helping customers find their perfect wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and accessories. This role involves providing expert styling advice, managing client appointments, and maintaining a clean and inviting showroom. You'll be the main point of contact for clients and will need to have a strong passion for fashion and customer service. A certificate in marketing or a related field and at least one year of sales experience are required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and bridal accessories.
- Provide styling advice and guide clients on designs, fabrics, fittings, and trends.
- Schedule and coordinate fitting appointments with the tailoring team.
- Maintain cleanliness and display standards of the showroom.
- Keep accurate sales and client interaction records.
- Upsell accessories and complementary products to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Certificate in Marketing, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in fashion retail, sales, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for fashion, styling, and customer satisfaction.
