Job Description
Donswift, a trusted partner in growth and transformation, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Business Manager to lead our labour externalisation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, from strategic planning and operational management to compliance and team leadership, ensuring the company's continued growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to grow the company’s labour externalisation portfolio.
- Ensure smooth daily operations across recruitment, vetting, training, and deployment processes.
- Monitor business performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure full compliance with labour externalisation regulations, licences, and reporting obligations.
- Maintain accurate records of recruits, contracts, and deployment agreements.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign recruitment agencies and employers.
- Negotiate contracts, terms of service, and placement agreements.
- Handle client and worker complaints professionally and resolve disputes efficiently.
- Supervise operational and support teams.
- Provide training, mentoring, and performance appraisals.
- Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a business management role.
- Proven track record in compliance management, business development, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong computer skills.
