Job Description

The Client Growth Operations Assistant supports day-to-day client growth activities across all branches to grow the client base and achieve business targets. Key duties include:

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and drive opportunities to grow Unifi’s new client base.

  • Lead client acquisition strategies to increase activations while controlling costs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Use data and tools to improve prospect conversion, targeting a rate above 20%.

  • Support recruitment, training, and capacity planning for branch-level Client Growth teams.

  • Travel regularly to branches to work closely with teams and improve execution/results.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance Client Growth team.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Generalist to implement marketing strategies.

  • Monitor daily branch client growth activities and ensure proper use of systems (e.g., Georep).

  • Support management in executing company strategy and contribute to company growth and employer brand.

  • Develop and implement a strategic activations plan and events calendar for key stakeholder/national events to deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Manage the end-to-end client acquisition process by analyzing data, identifying bottlenecks, optimizing conversion rates, and enhancing customer experience.

  • Contribute to making Unifi Uganda an adventurous and desirable place to work.

  •  The role requires an "Associate" level of minimum experience (as categorized by the company).
