Lead SME sales strategy, partnerships, and market growth at Jubilee Insurance, East Africa’s leading insurer. Drive revenue, expand market reach, and build high-performing sales teams while delivering exceptional customer value.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement SME sales and partnership strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to expand market reach and distribution channels.
Lead, coach, and motivate SME sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Drive acquisition and retention of SME clients through tailored insurance and investment solutions.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Manage key SME accounts and oversee relationship management frameworks.
Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and deliver management reports.
Collaborate with marketing, underwriting, and operations teams to optimize product offerings.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Represent Jubilee Life Insurance at industry and business forums.
