Operations Manager

REEF Industries is hiring an Operations Manager who will oversee daily operations across logistics, engineering and EHS to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality service delivery. 

• Manage and coordinate operations across all service divisions.

• Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Lead and develop operational teams.

• Drive efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

• Develop SOPs and ensure all services meet contractual, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Manage stakeholder relations with clients, regulators, suppliers, etc.

• Support business development engagements.

• Manage the team and assure performance management of operational staff.

• Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure the safety and compliance of all operations to agreed standards and maintain key company operations policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Management, or related field; a postgraduate in Project and/or Operations Management.

• Minimum 7–10 years’ operations experience, preferably in oil & gas field operations, manufacturing, engineering services, or logistics.

• Strong leadership, compliance, and project management skills.
