Job Description
Responsibilities
Monitor health and performance of databases under supervision of DBA.
Assist in executing maintenance activities (e.g., indexing, patching).
Support user account management and respond to access-related issues.
Track and escalate database anomalies and alerts.
Maintain detailed documentation, backup logs and compliance records
Requirements
Bachelor Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
ITIL Foundation, DB Fundamentals (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) is an added advantage
MSC (Technology or Business) is an added advantage
Minimum No of 2 Years Experience in IT operations or support roles (databases, scripts, or system admin)
