Job Description
1: CLIENT NEEDS ASSETSMENT: understand clients needs and guide them to buy a suitable life insurance policy.
2: CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Conducting after sales services.
3: POTENTIAL MARKET IDENTIFICATION: identify potential markets where we can get ideal clients.
4: MEETING SALES GOALS: achieve sales target set by the company/agency.

Requirements
- The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of a Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with a Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) or its equivalent. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field will be a significant advantage.
- You must possess a valid license from the Insurance Regulatory Authority of Uganda (IRA). Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a target-driven environment is highly preferred.
- The role requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to expertly assess client needs and provide suitable life insurance solutions. You must be a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven ability to work independently, identify potential clients, and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and fluency in both English and Luganda or other local languages are essential for effective client engagement across different markets.
