Job Description

Reelanalytics (Uganda) Limited is seeking experienced CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) Enumerators to join our team for a short-term assignment in Kampala. 

 

Assignment Details

Duration: 10 days

Location: Work from our call center or the client’s call center in Kampala

Start Date: Immediate availability preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviews (CATI) with respondents as per provided scripts and guidelines.

  • Accurately record responses into the CATI system while maintaining data quality and integrity.

  • Follow project-specific protocols to ensure standardized data collection.

  • Clarify questions and probe appropriately to obtain complete and reliable information from respondents.

  • Maintain confidentiality of respondent information at all times.

  • Meet assigned daily/weekly targets for completed interviews.

  • Report challenges, refusals, or technical issues encountered during data collection to the supervisor.

  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and fellow enumerators to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Adhere to ethical research standards and company policies.

  • Provide feedback on questionnaire flow or technical glitches in the CATI system when necessary.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in conducting CATI interviews

  • Availability to work full-time throughout the assignment

  • Flexibility to operate from assigned call center locations

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
