Junior Graphic Designer

The Junior Graphic Designer will conceptualize and create engaging visual content for print and digital platforms, collaborating closely with senior designers and other departments to ensure high-quality, brand-consistent designs.

• Conceptualize and create engaging visual content for print and digital platforms.

• Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and project timelines.

• Collaborate closely with senior designers, marketing, and production departments to understand project requirements and deliver impactful design solutions.

• Follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all designs.

• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail.

• Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize designs.

• Residency status: Preferably Ugandan National

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art, or a related field.

• Linguistic skills: Fluent in English (Spoken & Written)

• Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in industrial print design/commercial print design and a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

• Age: Below 30 years

• Remuneration: Salary is market competitive & negotiable

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.

• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

• Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to RIP and Roam files.

• Experience working in an agency or creative studio environment.
