Job Description
Responsibilities
- The role is centered on new business development and managing stakeholders.
- It involves developing and managing the sales pipeline, as well as identifying new sales leads and pitching products or services.
- A key responsibility includes following through on the entire sales process, from lead generation to securing purchase orders.
- This also requires achieving an effective sales conversion rate.
- Furthermore, the position entails maintaining fruitful relationships with both new and existing customers.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product selling and business development.
- A proven sales and new business development track record.
- Experience in sales at a senior executive level across industries (i.e., CEO, CFO, Head of HR, etc.).
- Proven experience in building and managing a strong and consistent sales pipeline.
- A university degree or equivalent tertiary education.
- Excellent problem-solving, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be self-driven and self-motivated.
