Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The role is centered on new business development and managing stakeholders.
  • It involves developing and managing the sales pipeline, as well as identifying new sales leads and pitching products or services.
  • A key responsibility includes following through on the entire sales process, from lead generation to securing purchase orders.
  • This also requires achieving an effective sales conversion rate.
  • Furthermore, the position entails maintaining fruitful relationships with both new and existing customers.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product selling and business development.
  • A proven sales and new business development track record.
  • Experience in sales at a senior executive level across industries (i.e., CEO, CFO, Head of HR, etc.).
  • Proven experience in building and managing a strong and consistent sales pipeline.
  • A university degree or equivalent tertiary education.
  • Excellent problem-solving, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must be self-driven and self-motivated.
