Job Description
To support the daily implementation of plans as per agreed brand/marketing strategy in timely manner to achieve set objectives.
Responsibilities
Steward the MPL/TEA brand to support brand promise, brand position and achieves overall business goals for the brand
Conduct extensive market research and analyze studies of consumer behavior and market share relative to competitor products
Engages, inspires and galvanizes the organization around the brand vision, position and strategies so they are clear in bringing them to life in their areas of functional expertise.
Works collaboratively with marketing activation to execute packaging designs consistent with the brand
Analyzes consumer trends and information, and categories to help identify product categories to enter as future sources of growth.
Determines gaps in the market and seeks ways to fill them with the information derived from research
Supports implementation of all MPL/TEA brand plans.
Develop, implement and monitor media schedules for brand activities for internal and external media.
Develop and maintain database for suppliers, agents, vendors, advertiser and readers.
Support new product launches.
Implements promotional activities and campaigns. Merchandising management for all ABL and BTL medium.
Generate revenue from partnerships
Requirements
Academic: University Degree in Marketing or any business related field from an accredited institution
Professional:Diploma in Professional Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience: At least 3 years' experience in brands and communication, preferably in an FMCG company
Functional knowledge MS office i.e. PowerPoint, Word and Spreadsheets.
Good planning and organizing skills
