Job Description
The SEO Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing SEO strategies that increase the company’s search engine visibility and drive measurable results with conversions through our website enjobesafaris.com. This role requires strong analytical skills, a proven track record, and the ability to deliver actionable insights for business growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Define and monitor KPIs to track the effectiveness of SEO efforts.
- Optimize website pages, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking structure.
- Ensure all website content, images, and multimedia are SEO-friendly.
- Collaborate with content creators to align content with SEO objectives.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as site speed, crawl errors, indexing, and mobile usability.
- Work with web developers to implement technical fixes and ensure the website is search-engine optimized.
- Ensure adherence to SEO best practices across the website’s architecture.
- Provide SEO guidance for blogs, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
- Suggest content topics and strategies based on keyword research and search trends.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to enhance overall online visibility.
- Track, measure, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Prepare monthly reports with insights, rankings, traffic, and actionable recommendations.
- Continuously optimize strategies based on data analysis and emerging trends.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing innovations.
- Recommend and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Deliver measurable improvements in organic traffic, search rankings, and lead generation.
- Proactively identify and resolve SEO issues.
- Provide actionable insights to improve website performance and marketing campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team and report progress regularly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in SEO with verifiable results.
- Must provide examples of previous SEO work and proof of measurable success.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to work with non-WordPress websites.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Passion for travel, tourism, or wildlife is an added advantage.
