Job Description

A vacancy for a butler is available at Volcanoes Safaris.

Reports to: Lodge Manager

Responsibilities

Welcome guests on arrival and provide a warm, personalized introduction to the lodge and its offerings.
Manage and maintain guest preferences, ensuring personalized touches such as dietary requirements, special occasions, and celebrations.
Coordinate and confirm safari activities, spa treatments, dining arrangements, and other lodge experiences.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong commitment to service and a willingness to learn.
Follow Volcanoes Safaris lodge SOPs and ensure all tasks and guest interactions are carried out in strict adherence to lodge Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Perform other duties as directed by the Lodge Manager.

Requirements

Minimum experience of at least three years’ experience in luxury hospitality, preferably as a Butler, Guest Relations Officer, or in a similar role.
