Noon Hotel Apartments is a newly opened, active hospitality establishment in Kampala, Uganda that officially launched in January 2026. As a registered company, it operates as a hotel and apartment provider.
Job Description
Oversee cleanliness standards and the housekeeping team.
Manage schedules and the inventory of supplies.
Handle staff scheduling and shift rotations.
Designate and assign duties to housekeeping staff.
Perform any other duties assigned by management in line with the job role.
Requirements
Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field/degree.
Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar field.
Must be computer competent with a good understanding of PMS (OPERA, MICROS FIDELIO, IDS).
Possesses strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English, with knowledge of other languages considered a plus.
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, strong aptitude for decision-making and problem-solving, and is a proactive team leader.
