Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Media Buyer / Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize our paid digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and other online channels. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on media buying experience, and a creative mindset to drive lead generation and maximize ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms, Google Ads, and other paid media channels.
  • Lead media buying and audience targeting strategies, ensuring cost-effective delivery of marketing objectives.
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance using metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPL, and CPA, and produce actionable reports.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and update quarterly digital strategies.
  • Coordinate with external digital agencies to ensure proper implementation of paid media campaigns.
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, ad policy updates, and industry trends to enhance targeting and spend efficiency.
  • Provide input on content direction and digital creatives based on performance insights and audience behavior.
  • Support the wider marketing team in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to optimize campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience managing paid digital campaigns with demonstrable ROI.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Excellent understanding of lead generation, remarketing, and funnel strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset and ability to collaborate with designers and content creators.
  • Experience in real estate or marketing high-value products is a plus.
